7 of 7 people found the following review helpful. Simply delightful! By Nina M. Osier I picked this up just after Christmas because I wanted to re-read "A Christmas Carol." The two additional stories, "The Chimes" and "The Cricket on the Hearth," were new to me although I've read nearly all of the Dickens novels. Delightful! The usual Dickens themes - how human love and goodness can triumph over the evils of poverty, indifference, and avarice - abound. The characters are memorable and colorful, exaggerated yet poignantly familiar. What a great way to wind up the holiday season.

There are random symbols, missing words, misspelled words and large missing parts of the stories that were supposed to be in this book.

Exquisite Reviews - Alien Manhunt 3 By Exquisite Reviews This is a very short book with less 10,000 words and is the 3rd installment in the small series.While I have not read the two previous books I am not sure how much I could gather from the story. I was surprised at the summary provided by the author and was able to get a picture of the dynamics between the characters very quickly.Now while I did enjoy reading this I did feel that the length didn’t give the reader what it needed but the author did leave it open for another short installment.I definitely want to read more about their new journey and you will have to read this to find out what I mean… I give this 3 diamonds and can’t wait to read the next one.

That Gary finally makes it down to earth with his husbands. Petty jealous puts one man in jeopardy Suva finds himself nearly murder but it's up to his husbands, will Gary and Taran make it in time? Jennifer Denys is one of my favourite authors. I was on the edge of my seat.

Face Value continues the series with and unbelievable character with brains and brawn. He is a great and lethal protector. If you love the whole strong man protecting and defending mate you will love this book and this series. Praise for R.J. Scott another great well written addition to the series. Please keep them coming. I recomend all of R.J's books you will not be disappointed.

Although it had a good plot line I felt that it was missing the sexual appeal. Nothing really note worthy happened. I don't need a lot of that but it would have helped to have more than it did. So if you intrested in a plot than this is you book.Happy Reading!

The story connects to the first two in the series but can be fully understood without having read the others in the series.This tale features Beckett Jamieson who learns he was born Robert Bullen and is part of a political—and criminal—family. His deceased mother leaves him clues that will help take the Bullens down. Unfortunately this gets him in trouble and puts his life in danger.That’s when he ends up in a Sanctuary safe house being taken care of by Dr. Kayden Summers. Kayden has a habit of talking to his patients, even if their unconscious and that’s basically how their relationship starts.I loved Kayden from the start. I thought he was hilarious and his past was interesting. It took me a little longer to connect with Beckett but by the end I loved him and enjoyed his relationship with Kayden.This was a sweet short story with a surprise toward the end I didn’t see coming.Narration Review:Once more Sean Crisden did a great job with this story. He has amazing range and made each character seem special.He’s one of the best narrators out there.
